Privacy Policy

What we collect

From students and parents: your phone number (to sign you in), and your child's name, area and tutoring requirements (to find a match).

From teachers: your phone number, name, qualification and experience details, government ID and address proof (to verify you), and your bank/UPI details (to pay you).

How it's used

Your phone number is used only to send a one-time sign-in code and, where you've agreed, WhatsApp updates about your own request or placement.

Teacher verification documents are stored in a private, access-controlled file store and are only reviewed by our admin team as part of approving that teacher — they are never made public.

We use this information inside our own systems to run and improve matching and our service. We never sell it, and never hand your details to advertisers or partner businesses.

Partner offers (only if you opt in)

If you tick "partner offers" — at sign-up or later in your dashboard — we may send you discounts from businesses we work with. We send these ourselves; partners never receive your name, number or other details. You can switch this off any time from your dashboard.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Raise a "My data / privacy request" ticket on our Help page, or email ffahadmmalik09@gmail.com.

Payment and invoice records may have to be kept for the period the law requires even after an account is deleted.
