Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

You are not charged anything until after your demo class, once you've confirmed you'd like to proceed with a tutor.

If you need a refund or want to cancel

We don't yet have an automated refund system — email ffahadmmalik09@gmail.com with your request and we'll handle it directly, case by case, as quickly as we can.

If a placement isn't working out, raising it from your dashboard first lets us look at a tutor replacement, which is often faster than a refund.
