The checklist
Government ID — a valid, government-issued photo ID.
Qualification — proof of the teacher's educational qualification.
Experience — the teaching experience the teacher has declared.
Address — proof of the teacher's residential address.
Interview — a conversation with our team before approval.

This confirms identity, a stated qualification, address and a direct conversation with our team. It is not a criminal background check or a government-issued certification, and we don't claim it is.
A teacher only becomes visible for matching after every item above is reviewed and approved.
